Dude Kino is easy... just gotta get the feel for it. You had opportunities you let past because you didn't see them as opportunities.

1) Get the door for her, as she walks past you to go into the restaurant tough the small of her back and lead her in the door. Its SUPER non-risky and shows you're leading. Its my personal fav.

2) You can use trick #1 basically anytime you're walking with her through an enclosed space and she walks in front of you.
