300-1000 is "normal". You're pretty average.

There are usually a lot of more detailed measurements about this kind or that kind of testosterone in your body, other hormones, and so on. There's also some theories about how every guy has a different amount of testosterone that's normal for him, so your 584 may give you symptoms of low T while a guy at 300 who's normal at 300 may have no symptoms.

Generally, the number only matters if you have symptoms of low T and want to eliminate or confirm testosterone as a cause. It's unlikely that 584.5 is giving you any significant symptoms, but even if it is, no doctor is going to give you treatment if your number is >300.

What are you trying to use this measurement to ascertain? So you have symptoms you are trying to overcome?

What are the symptoms of low testosterone? I do not know that if you work out, and one has high testosterone, the body will use more nutrients to build muscle and prevent the body to gain fat.

You 're in the medium range. Not high but definitely not low. If you feel like it you can try to increase it and it's definitely possible.

that's just about the middle of the range.

if you are content with being average, then you're good to go.

If you aren't content with being average, i would suggest looking into getting testosterone for injection off the black market.

there will be a lot of guys here who will tell you to rest your balls on an avocado while standing in a power pose during a cold shower in direct sunlight with a gun in each hand while grinning wryly..

but trust me, go with the injections.
