Unfortunately you're linked to that woman for life through the kids, so it's important that you get along with her but that doesn't mean you're a doormat.

Treat it from now on as a business arrangement and discuss things like logistics, money etc without any emotion. Stoicism helped me a lot through the process. She will try to bring emotion into it and you just need to shut that down when it rears its head.

Focus on the kids and making sure they are good.

Ghosting doesn't apply when you have young children.

I use email. And when everything is settled then there's no need for even that. There's no reason to keep her in your life for life. Ugh, just kill me already
