No their are tons of jacked guys that are doormats and simp hard or are white knights. While the red pill prioritizes lifting, it does not mean that all jacked dudes are redpilled. All it means is that they watch their diet and lift weights.

Their frame is what makes alphas alpha. While physicality certainly helps it’s not the ticket to becoming gigachad.

A true alpha isnt about size. Have you ever been around a guy, dressed well, and like a magnet. Not to chicks but a people magnet. Whenever this guy walks in a room, the mood just changes, for the good.

Its like this energy field around that human that is radiating around him. Ive met people like this and never were they jacked or big.

Honestly in my experience the ones that go to the gym 24/7 are betas. Alpha males are not neurotic about there bodies and diet.

Trying so hard to look big screams insecurity.

They enjoy life and do curls here and there and most of them already look ripped since they have optimal hormonal profile and big body frame.

Being alpha has more to do with your mental health/ frame. Genetics win everytime with this, if you are naturally a pussy and introverted goodluck with becoming alpha.
