My mind is a shit show right now.

My sleeping schedule has gone downhill, 2 days ago I've been driven to exhaustion, and have been in a car crash that could have ended with multiple deaths (I was the driver). Events did not occur particularly in that order (1/3/2), so I'd like your thoughts before I make any decisions.

Last night was not particularly good either. I was with LTR and she showed me something. She cutted herself, with razor blades, not much and not deep, it'll take some time to heal but thankfully nothing too serious.

It helps calm her down, yet she feels bad after doing it (second time it happend since I met her, around a year ago, last time was around January, her words, seems like she's telling the truth), and it happens when her emotional state is pretty low for what she has told.

She mentioned it before once, but I didn't pay attention back then. She's also apparently been doing it for around 4 years now. From what I've gathered the reasons seems to be her mother/the fact she's insecure about her body (she was a little fat before, she has a decent body shape now though, and her mother seems to be a little unstable from time to time), I'd guess both.

They had an argument, we have plans for today, but her mother didn't let her come. She's changed her mind this morning.

After about 10/15m of crying, shaking like an earthquake and apologizing to me, she told me her mother pointed out that she has been going out too much, she's never at home and she'll get more fat than she already is if she keeps this up (after this was when she grabbed the blades). They might have discussed more but that's as far as I know.

First and second argument, not the same time I've heard, its usually her go to, second on the other hand seems intentional. Why would she specifically say that out of the blue? And if it was intentional, what kind of parent would play with her son/daughter emotional state like that on purpose? What could she possibly gain by behaving in such a sociopathic way to her kid? It's just confusing to me.

All things considered I want to help her, I don't like seeing a person I care about in this kind of situation, either man or wahman (and she's been a great girl to me until now), I've also had a similar experience in the past so I can relate (and trust me, it's no bueno), so it brings me to ask you, is there any way I can help, and if so, what do you reckon I can do?
