Situation:

Me: 26, average face, at least 2 inch beard and manbun, look like a hobo-hipster. 5/10 or 6/10 overall. More of a silent type unless I've had a few beers.

Her: 20, blonde, cute face, DAT ASS, 7/10 easily. Also not much of a talker (hot) but also not very outgoing unless drunk.

Circumstances:

I work at a bar on a camping site, she works for a company that organizes trips for young people. She's a chef on the site. Due to the nature of this, we mostly see each other at the bar, but also sometimes I hang out with their crew in the afternoon over a few beers. She's leaving in roughly two weeks and has been here for another two I'd say.

Obviously I dont have abundance mentality, and care too much, but I know that and I am working on it. While this is a "there's this one girl..." post, I need to improve my game and throw myself at chicks who I'd consider out of my league. What I don't know is my next move.

Backstory:

  • She is quite easy when she actually thinks a dude is hot. (literally said: "I wanna hook up with passenger X" in front of all the other kitchen staff.) Later saw her at the bar dancing with a dude. She practically threw herself at him. she can show initiative

  • She made out with a 30+ yo ex-druggie who happened to hang out with the kitchen-staff one night. She was drunk as well that night. no need to be an Adonis

  • 4 days ago I was drinking my coffee, at the reception, when she joined me out of the blue and sat down next to me. Unfortunatly I was being a bitch and didnt even know what to talk about at this point so I just drank my coffee, browsed reddit and left after 10 minutes. Not exchanging a single fucking word. (i know, i know. Usually i am not that bad)

  • 2 days ago I texted her and asked her to come hiking with me. She agreed and we hiked for a good 5 hours. At one point we talked a bit about relationships. I made sure to mention I love the single life and the freedom it gives me, but I wouldn't mind waking up next to a girl regularly (was this a fuck up?). I taught her a few things about walking technique and plants along the way (I know boring, but I was thinking this could enable some sort of mentor-student dynamic). She did at times say stuff like: "You lead the way", "where are we going" etc. indicating, she thought I was in the lead.

  • Today, I asked her to come over for a movie (it's a bit shitty weather, so a good excuse to hang out inside). She declined because she had to go to work soon (fair enough) and said "thanks for the offer".

  • Other observations: What worries me is that she doesn't seem to flirt with me. No innuendos, no accidental touching, no longer than normal eye contact. She did not offer to watch the movie later or tomorrow (would that have been on me? Would I not have looked thirsty?) She never initiates contact or an activity.

My conclusions and questions:

  • obviously: she fucks, and seems to do so mostly when drunk and with people she knows she won't see again (passengers, guests).

  • I am mostly confused as to whether I still have chances with her or if I'm already a loser in her eyes (attraction is non negotiable, i know). I feel like I am getting mixed signals here and dont know If I should pursue.

  • Iinitiated contact 3 times over facebook (once to go drinking, which worked, once for the hike, once for the movie). I think it's not thirsty yet, but I am definitely not texting for a while.

  • How do I proceed from here? I don't really wanna fuck her if she's too drunk, but I guess a little bit of booze will surely help. Is dread-game a viable option? Do I flirt with other girls, to elevate my SMV? Do I just need balls and straight up ask tell here I want to fuck? How do I sexualize without being a creep?

My battleplan so far:

  • My chances are higher with alcohol involved, but not in excess.

  • In order to improve abundance mentality, I should flirt with other girls regardless.

Other than that I am fucking stumped. My sexual history mostly relies on luck (of which I have little) and women doing the first step at sexualizing a situation. Talking to people is almost no problem but going from drinks-at-a-bar to fucking-at-my-place is a coin-toss at best. I literally dont know how to do that.
