Your number one problem is probably too much internet porn. Google "This is your brain on porn" for details. There's lots of "bro-science" there and it's an issue that hasn't been properly studied. But the more personal stories you read, the more the anecdotes stack up. Porn-induced-erectile-dysfunction (PIED) is a thing.

Test your Testosterone levels. Low T can do many horrible things to men.
Try using latex-free and/or ultra-thin condoms. I hate using condoms and get limp from them real quick, but they're a must.
Stop watching porn and masturbating if you're doing, this basically depletes your sexual energy. Plus it raises your cortisol, which is bad.
Exercise more, eat healthier, if you aren't doing that already (♫sidebaaaar♫) Lower your stress levels too.

Less to no alcohol, and NO cigarettes!

Weed has different effects than tobacco; some find it augments sex, others it hinders.

Fap less to not at all when you have vaginas available.

If finishing is an issue, try doing kegel exercises regularly. I find that doing a few of those during sex can initiate the launch sequence.

First cut out porn. Stop wanking every day. When you do, use a different hand, light grip, in a different position than normal (like sitting in a chair with legs open, on your knees, one foot on the bed, etc.), and without porn. Look up the Tenga egg on amazon, those can help improve your sensativity and get you used to pleasure without death grip.

Does the condom feel tight at the base? Maybe you're above average and need a bigger condom. Try one of the larger ones like Magnum or XL or whatever the gas station has. Buy a package and practice putting them on at home and staying hard in the process.

Start doing kegals. Google "kegals pegym" and you will find a great article on how you can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which will give you better control during sex.
