Handle it (if you want to keep he around as LTR) or just tell her you were thinking the same thing.

If she was a plate, you wish her well. Since this is an LTR, this varies. If she needs a lot of attention and you can’t provide, let her go.

If you do genuinely like this girl, tell her you’ve been busy with work and she is a priority or else you wouldn’t be seeing her. She needs more comfort, or spin plates if you can’t commit.

I lost my most recent girl by treating comfort tests as shit tests.
