Skin disease, premature greying/thinning hair, below average D size, don't have masculine facial features/cheekbones, etc. Just bad genetics overall.
What skin disease specifically?
Are we talking about small pox and leprosy?

Severe cystic acne over every inch of my body that didn't respond to any treatment imaginable.

Stop drinking milk. Here's some information on acne and the connection between dairy.
Other than that, clean up your diet. You are what you eat. If you've eliminated other factors in your life, chances are it's your diet that's causing your issue. If you eat a lot of processed shit/animal products you're going to experience inherent problems with endocrine disruptors.
I'd recommend slowly incorporating more healthy food into your diet EVERY DAY. You can't just eat a bit of brocolli on Monday and then binge out on shit the rest of the week, it doesn't work that way. You need to see your body as a constantly changing environment depending entirely on what you feed yourself that very day. Don't see your food changes as a "diet", it is a new lifestyle you need to adopt if you want to stop being hideous.
Eat more: Cruciferous veggies, other veggies, grains like brown rice (NOT WHITE), sweet potatoes (regular russet cause inflammation), beans, berries of any kind, nuts, flax/chia seeds. In general, if it's in a package it isn't great for you. Avoid a lot of processed oils and swap your fats for seeds/nuts (avocados are great)
NOTE: Your acne will respond directly to how much effort you put into changing your diet. If you make moderate changes, expect to continue having acne. My acne didn't full disappear until I cut out all processed foods and am eating strictly whole foods now. If you are eating anything packaged more than once a week, you should expect to still have some acne issues but they will be much lesser than before.
I haven't had milk or dairy in years, already have a very healthy diet and have triee several specific acne diets and none of it has worked. I don't eat crap foods. My acne is unrelated to diet.

What do you eat regularly? Only a very small amount of the population is vegan and an even tinier fraction of that actually eat whole-foods so it's a little hard to believe you're a part of that tiny tiny minority, especially if you're suffering from cystic acne.
If you eat animal protein at all, I'm talking eggs, milk, cheese, any type of meat, you will be overactivating your mTOR pathway and IGF-1 production which are known acne-promoters.
Again, it isn't about "diet", it's about permanently changing your eating habits over a course of months and months. Your acne isn't going to go away completely after a week or two of eating better.
It isn't about food intolerances, it's about the high bacterial load of certain animal products and inflammation from others as well as some plant-based foods, like white potatoes.

Visit a cosmetic store. Concealer makeup should work just fine

You've done everything you can. All you can do is go on knowing you're making the most of yourself. Many people can't even do that, and you deserve some respect for making something of the shit you were given to work with.

Unfortunately, you live in the reality of modern civilization, in that, looks rule all. Control what you can, I dont know alot about hair loss but some supplements like spirulina can help with greying. Maybe consult with a MUA and see if there's anything unnoticeable you can do to your face in the AM that will help with the acne. There are some things you can chew (heavy gum, sap) that will help you develop jaw line muscles. Other than having your cash situation and confidence right, it is what it is. If it helps, being naturally goodlooking is not the end all be all to happiness and women. Happy 2017 man, best of luck.

So you lost the genetic lottery. That sucks.
However, that's also an opportunity. You'll have to triple down in social capital, income, and frame.
Get swole, build your social network, make bank, don't give any of it freely.
Yours is a hard path, but not impossible.

escorts/surgery
Unfortunately, escorts are illegal and you never know if it's a sting and surgery can't fix a skin disease.

escorting is not illegal, prostitution is. You pay escorts for time and escorting you around if stuff happens it just happens
I always see escort stings in the news from sites like Craigslist and Backpage and they always show a bunch of men getting arrested.
