okay man. Acute HIV Infection is characterized by a flu like illness. There is a chance you have been exposed to this virus, in which case, you need to be tested immediately to receive post exposure prophalyxiis.

Go to a clinic and ask for an HIV test, they do something called an ELISA and a Western Blot test. if your sexual experience was recent, TELL THEM EXACTLY WHEN YOU MAY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED, and then maybe something called a 'p24 antigen' test may be in order.

Not trying to promote having unprotected sex or anything. Most STDs (or at least the hardcore ones like HIV) are not so easy to catch specially If you are a man.

I'm on my phone right now but you can look up scientific articles of the probability of getting one of those STDs having sex without protection.

That being said, try not to repeat that mistake again if possible. Same thing happened to me a while ago and felt paranoid for a while, I know that feeling sucks.

Aids is a myth.. If it were true, pretty sure I would have it. Its almost impossible to catch through vaginal intercourse, but its not politically correct to single out people who love anal.
