https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareto_principle is an observed approximation of the power law statistical relationships, that's where things get really interesting. Biological implications, too, of course.

one of the sidebar sources talked about pre-agrarian tribal setups where the alphas had all the chicks, and betas got some alphas when they A's were in the field hunting, or had died. True omegas got shit. and based on gene research we can see how many males vs. females over time 'had sex'. Amazing the 'distribution' of % by gender of which were incels or not.

The idea that a few men got all the fucks is why there is a higher statistical variety in how smart men are vs. women. The averages are the same between the genders, but there are more really dumb men and more really smart men vs. less extremes in women. The "long tails" can be attributed to the fewer Sires/Alphas fathering the bulk of offspring, historically; among a higher proportion of females.

The Pareto principle? It's 100% true.

Look up the OkCupid study where women rated 80% of men as less than attractive.

It probably works in reverse as well, with 80% of women competing for the top 20% of men (which, interestingly enough, is close to the 3.7:1 ratio of female:male reproduction historically, leaving the bottom 20% of women to compete for the bottom 80% of men.

Why? Because they are delusional about their SMV.

A study was done once where women rated men, and men rated women. The men accurately determined that 50% of women were below average in looks. The women thought 80% of the men were below average. To me, that said it all.
