If you're 19 then it might be a bit low and if you're 60 then it's pretty darn good.

I am 19, and I believe I've done a lot of things to maximize it from natural sources.

I used to have a lot of anxiety in public, no real-life social life, gaming 6 hours a day, didn't go to school 1-2 times a week~ etc. Many people told me I could very likely have depression, but I didn't want to be a victi so I never listened and I'm glad I did that.

Now I've turned it around -I sleep 8 hours a day, eat eggs + bananas and peanut butter for breakfast, followed by 4 servings of chicken & rice + tomatoes. I'm pretty productive, take cold showers every morning and even sleep naked just so that my balls are chiller.

I lift 4 times a week, although 2 for the past month since my knee got injured.

I don't drink, I don't smoke, and the diet I mentioned is almost 24/7, I don't even have cheat days.

So if I've been like that for the past 6 months, and the results are... 586 at the young age of 19, that's a red flag, right?

I'm not saying that it's a bad level, but at the same time, it is on the lower side.

Seems about right. I take 4000, I'll increase it, doubt the 1k changes much though.

If I had money, I'd buy red meat, but when you are 19 and from eastern europe where the minimum wage a month is 380 euros, it gets pretty rough.

You seem to be feeling quite good and are pretty active, which are good signs your T is ok for your body/genetics.

I refuse to believe that it's because of that since I used to do literally the opposite of what I'm doing now. Maybe it really was just the chemicals in my body, but that would mean I'd be admitting that I have no control over myself. If it is just that, then whatever.

I feel awesome now, but it took a couple of years of constant fighting to get there, and I'm still trying to become even better, it's truly great. I'm nowhere near done

Gonna get this, forgot to buy fish oil when I was at the pharmacy few days ago.

You really don't want to go down the TRT route, especially at your age. You've got to about 25yo to finally stop growing.

Trust me, I don't either. I asked this question because I was curious, but I definitely won't be taking any until 25, but realistically 35's unless there's some major advancement in the next 5-15 years.

You are pretty determined to go on gear and looking for what you want to hear from some random strangers on the internet. Gear is not going to fix your issues.

For the record, I'm not thinking about going on roids. If you got that out of my comment and post, then my bad. I should have used different words and communicated better.

What I do want to do instead however is try to maximize my natural levels as high as I can.

What are your stats?

Fuck I'm not even gonna make excuses. I don't even know in what shape or form you want them, but here they are -

bench - 65kg x 10 x 4

squats - 80kg x 10 x 4

deadlifts - 80kg x 10 x 4

overhead - 27.5kg x 10 x 4.

I feel like I've never really "gotten" gym to the fullest, as in, I feel like I'm progressing slower than I should be, yet I feel like I'm giving a lot of effort when I train. I'm always questioning my form, being incredibly skeptical on "what's right" etc (since there are 90% out there).

Either way, my stats are not good, and I'm all ears to improve them.

I can send you a pic of how my body looks (as gay as that sounds), might help.

P.S Aren't there "Fibre free" diets that are completely fine? Like carnivore diets etc?
