So I've been reading up on ovulation and period cycles and came across the fact that birth control seems to simulate pregnancy to work namely increasing progesterone and regulating estrogen. The decreased estrogen buildup disallows an egg to be dropped during their usual ovulation time. My question here is twofold.

1)Does not having an egg drop remove the commonly known prowl for alpha dick during ovulation time or do ovulation hormones change despite the lack of egg drop and she still looks for dick more during this time?

2)Many believe that birth control makes woman constantly look for BB and tend to be more attracted to family men and providers since her body thinks she's soon to have birth. Can one assume then that women on birth control would be less likely to cheat since she already has the comfort and provision of her man, regardless of beta/alphaness?

Disclaimer:This is purely thought provoked and I'm not thinking anything like "oh I'll just get my gf on birth control and then she won't cheat." That would be delusional.

Also if you don't believe or believe it's negligible that period cycles affect how women think and act then please either read up before commenting or don't bother. It should be common knowledge.

Really curious to hear your guy's thoughts.
