Maybe not being friendly / flirty enough? Lots of answers every week on this. Honestly I'm half-Asian, 5"3 and no girl ever says this to me. ONCE at work a girl said this but I feel it was more like her mode of negging a guy. Just like we neg women from time to time. Certainly she's a 10/10 so she probably has her reasons to make comments like this playfully. I wasn't flirting with her, no plans to pursue (taken, definitely not available)
