Call your local health department, or Social Services Department. If they don't do it, they should be able to tell you. Most cities want people who are sick to know it, and test for free or cheap.

On a serious note, I've been tested for HIV for free a few times. Call your local (county probably) health department and ask. As far as the whole litany of disease tests (Hep A to Zcrabs), without symptoms that is probably gonna cost you if you don't have insurance.

If it makes you feel better, it is harder for men to get diseases than women by some margin. Also, the chances of getting at least HIV from a one time thing is pretty low. In fact, the chances of HIV from unprotected vagina sex if the women has it is nowhere near 100%. You can probably look it up. So you have to figure in the chance this girl had it (low) and then multiply by the chance that you got it IF she had it and then divide by 100 to get the chance you are infected now.

As far as mouth to pussy contact, there is a herpes 1 and 2 risk and HPV. When in full outbreak mode, herpes 1 and 2 are pretty contagious. You can rarely get HIV that way. It is possible to get chlamydia, etc in the throat but that is rare.

If you're in Australia go to sexual health services, if you don't have symptoms then say you inject, are a sex worker and have sex with men. (of course don't give your medicare or real details)
