How do I quantize my discipline/efficiency thoughout the day, at the end of the day?

This isn't exactly Red Pill, more generic advice, but an effective system is the '5 points a day', wherein you make a list of 5 actions you want to achieve in a day, you take stock at the end of the day which you achieved, and you carry forward any that didn't. Massive immediate focus and transparency. Pioneered in the hey-day of thinking of productivity and relationship management by industrial executives in 1920s America. I may have gotten the name wrong, but you can check out more on James clear for example. One system which works for me.

SMART goals are a way to go, but it goes way deeper than that. You need to know if you will be motivated to even do the task. I set monthly goals, plan it on my calendar and get to it.

For example, Fitness Goals: 200 lbs Squat and Deadlift. 150 Bench. 130 Row. 120 OH Press are my goals for the month of May.

I plan out when I will go to the gym and which days I rest on my calendar. I will list out the gyms I will head and at which time. I do something similiar with my other goals as well. Hope this helps

I would start with using a planner, and setting objectives. Depending on what your measuring, every system has processes and milestones to reach. For my work and personal life, I use a Panda brand daily planner. It allows me to set tasks that I need done for the day, priorities for each day and each week, and also write out what should get done during the month with the monthly pages in the planner. A good measure for me is counting up the tasks for each day at the end of the week and comparing one week wit the last to see whether my productivity levels have gone up or down. It also lets me keep track of where I am slowing down or not prioritizing enough.
