One of the core beliefs of the Red Pill is that you should improve yourself and that the women will naturally come after. Things like dread which are touted as "Red Pill game" are simply things that should come along with you improving yourself.

Seduction was at its core a set of ways to emulate guys who have natural game. It's evolved to include self improvement but its birth was pickup lines, negging, and other questionable tactics. While some of the tactics are useful, especially if you don't know how to talk to people, I think it's better to focus on bettering yourself.

You're talking about seduction referring to the "seduction community" online, in places like the sub here on Reddit, right?

Ignore that community. They have been infected, and have chosen the apologist route by claiming they are all about personal respect and improving one's self in order to be a happier, better person and bring that to relationships.

Basically, it's Red Pill type stuff at first, but without removing that mental barrier of "yes, I'm worth it, just go for it" that results in actually closing encounters and feeling better about yourself.

Seduction game basically means you are following shit head advice from people who don't know what the fuck they are talking about. Red Pill Game is the same but you are also blaming women for all of your problems.
