Finally got there after a long journey of questioning if this was right for me and realized I've been backsliding for too long while with her.

Well no shit, it's about fucking time. Assuming you actually go through with it like you should have last week when you caught her lying about reading your journal. Or before that when you found out she was whoring on sugar daddy sites. Oh that's right, I'm sorry. She wasn't whoring. She was just "selling nudes". Yeah right, give me a fucking break. But I get it. She's a hot love bombing 26 year old and you really want to start a family so you caught oneitis. That's a powerful combination so there's no shame in it. You should only feel shame if you continue to dance around with this cobra while posting more questions that you already know the answer to.

She's still in love and I'm really only doing it because of the massive red flags and baggage that keeps showing up at the door.

If she really is BPD then there's no way you're getting out of this clean unless you change your number and move to a different city. The good news is that the way you interpret her "being in love with you" is different from the way she interprets it. The truth is that it really doesn't have that much to do with you specifically. You're just playing that role right now. So she will probably have your replacement lined up within a week or two. Assuming that she doesn't already. However, that doesn't mean she will stop trying to play you so expect some manipulative tactics if you're dumb enough to stay in contact.

Unfortunately, no matter which way you go with this breakup, you likely have a tough few weeks ahead of you. Again, that's assuming she is actually BPD. So as the monumental shit show you're about to experience begins, just take comfort in the fact that you finally came to your senses before you put a ring on her finger and a bun in the oven.
