How do you develop a prize mentality when your constantly doubting yourself?

Don't know your exact circumstances...but...

There is a thing in cognitive behavioural therapy called 'the narrow focus lie'.

It's a belief that in an effort to increase our self esteem, we have to focus on all the things we think hold us back.

'Oh, but I'm not tall enough. Not built enough. Not as big a bank account as that guy'.

It's a lie. We don't have to focus on that shit, or remind ourselves of 'flaws'. Everyone has them.

It is totally ok to flip the script and focus on your prize points. You are enough. Accept you have limitations. Every man does. Accept that shit, and focus on your assets. Keep working to expand those assets.

If you need, write down all the pluses about yourself. The good shit, and know 'you are enough'. Nobody likes perfection.

We all go through times when the doubts creep in. You can notice them, accept them, and let them go. They are just thoughts. It's when the doubts stop us doing things that you need to be concerned.

IDGAF - IDGAF what you think of me. Prize - I may have strengths and limitations. Trust me, more strength than limits. Regardless, I value myself enough to not supplicate, have strong boundaries, and be more invested in what I think of myself than what you think of me. I have flaws, but I'm still a prize to be earnt, not a gift to be given away.

Do you lift? I know it's obligatory but getting in the gym and working on your physique does wonders for your self confidence as well as your smv. Start there.

Once you start seeing success in that, you'll feel like you can conquer more.

The only way I managed to do it is through external validation. I only starting feeling like the prize when girls started treating me like the prize.

TRP is essentially fake it while you make it.

Pretend to be the prize, one day you will turn around and be the prize.
