Treat it as if it were an insult from your toddler that's throwing a tantrum. You wouldn't get physical under most circumstances, you'd laugh at it and remind yourself that you fucked its mom anyways. Or even turn the insult into a positive , "Yeah I think that's what femanon loves most about me. She definitely wasn't smiling this much before I came into the picture." There is a reason she is with you and not him. No man worthy of his salt take such actions. He is obviously envy of your existance. I would laugh it off and turn the joke around. For example one guy made joke about my height and I just said "Yeah god takes something gaves something who am I to decline right ;) " If you get mad in their mind they win. But when you laught it off beta guys goes mad. Later on when your gf talks with the other girls they be like "omg your bf didn't even give a fuck and your ex just looked like a salty idiot XDXD" .
