Same day lay happens in bars/clubs on the weekends with 20 year olds. If you're talking about recruiting plates you need to put women on the back burner and be sparring with your time. Clubs. Find a girl you're interested in. Open her. Speak to her friends momentarily if need be, a quick introduction, but somewhat more if you're joining her and her friend/group at a table.

If they're into it, then there you go. If they're not, then see how the rest of the night goes and if they're showing interest try again. If she says no, just leave it.
