Hi y'all,
I recently left med school and started writing for a living as it feels much more optimal to me.
I started a blog and started working on articles, and I have already wrote a bunch of high quality ones. I enjoy what I'm doing.
The problem I have( and have had through med school) is that after a while of writing, i just seem to get into this state of...uneasiness that leaves me restless to do something else. It grows, and grows, and grows, and I can't seem to be able to push through it. At this point, my writing becomes retardedly bad. This happened in med school as well after some time of studying, and I felt like I just couldn't concentrate anymore if I didn't take a break.
I really want to get rid of these experiences because I end up being really unproductive at the end of the day, and feeling like I could've accomplished more if I only could push through these states.
Any tips? I chose to write to this sub because most would've said "yea man grab some water and get some rest it's kk". This isn't what I want. I want to know how to push myself through them, not enjoy an undeserved break because my mind is incapable of extended focus.
Thanks.
