How do you react to bullying?

Lose the ego learn to identify shit tests and frame checks. "Bullying" happens when you're 14 at school with shit frame, if you can't "back and forth" with said "bully", just agree and amplify, if you also can't do that, remove yourself from said situation and go improve yourself.

This one kid who used to be a good friend of mine decided to insult me everyday and call me names everyday. Why? Idk we were good friends but people change. So as a BP I just ignored it. Once I started reading TRP I decided to push him around a little and I knocked his hat off of his head like 3 times. All of a sudden he was a little pussy and couldn’t do shit. I haven’t seen him wear a hat since.

Now I’m not advocating violence but he hasn’t insulted me since.

I'd either avoid him, leave while he's in mid-sentence, look away whenever he's speaking, roll eyes and shake head, in order of necessity.

Bullying is fitness testing by other men.

This is how males have kept those they've had to rely on up to speed in terms of toughness and frame.

Bullying is relatively new word, which was adopt by our heavily feminized society.

Back in the day, boys were taught to stand up for themselves. They were taught to the only real form over power that exists; violence.

Only when you develop the part of yourself that is capable of doing violent things to other people, are you then able to adequately defend yourself from those who would do violence towards you.

when l was a freshman in highschool l got bullied all the time ( l was skinny and shit ) , that summer l discovered trp , so l joined an mma club , started lifting ( l had plenty of time ) , improved my frame ,it never happened again
