Narcissistic and stoic? They are literally two opposites

In fact I think it's best if people don't know who created it. They would flee like it was the plague.
/r/askTRP08/04/21 10:08 PM

THIS is exactly what my definition of TRP is. No fucking rules but a help on how to let go of all the bullshit that society taught us and to live life the way our nature demands and not how some nerds dictate it.
/r/askTRP07/04/21 10:36 AM

It's incredible how true it is what you're saying. And I think it's tragic how some guys see it as a religion instead of a toolbox.

You're rich if you don't need anything and will always remain poor if you need much.

True, I guess TRP is something you construct for yourself based on your personal nature instead of being dictated by some nerds who haven't seen a pussy in their life.

Too often I forget who created TRP, but now I see that it basically had its days by now.

Depression or not, this realization has taught me to not let my trauma rule my life anymore.
/r/TheRedPill31/03/21 11:48 PM

It's pretty normal not being able to forgive someone who hurt you badly, but if you don't that trauma is gonna rule over you forever until you learn to let it go.

You sound like how I would act if I was 100% myself. I unfortunately got the wrong impression of TRP where I thought that it meant becoming a jerk and always saying the right things at the right times. Now I understand it's actually all about not giving a fuck, and yes, I'm autistic.

I wish I could, however, I'm a bit edgy and different guy naturally and I hate partying, game and pop culture like most guys do these days. I'm also gay and have special interests, and for me it's very hard to find likeminded people, but when I do, I become so happy, but for me friendships never last.

I'm the same age as you and you are a very very lucky to have it like this. If I only had someone this close to me as you have, I wouldn't have been so miserable for so many years.

This is a brutally sincere, but honest post. In fact this might be the hardest pill to swallow. The very last thing you said about neediness is something I always have in the back of my mind as that is as repulsive as not showering for 2 weeks. Learning to accept myself for who I really am, I slowly learned to let go of this neediness. The only problem I have now is that I don't meet people anymore because of the lockdowns, but when I do, I sometimes do meet a good friend, but unfortunately as s…

That's the consequence of living in a godless world. Everything revolves around feeling pleasure and avoiding pain.
/r/askTRP27/01/21 02:52 AM

That statement is so true. Just open your eyes and see for yourself, god is as dead as yesterday.
/r/askTRP23/01/21 05:42 PM

Exactly! This is what isn't preached enough about on TRP. That's actually something I hate about TRP that many guys get the impression of that you have to become "alpha" in order to get laid. I tried to become alpha and failed horribly, not only that, but it was just a mask that I learned how to wear and I become such a pain in the ass to everyone including myself. I became everything that you mentioned and only now I'm starting to let go of what I wrongly became. Because being yourself is the g…

I don't want to get married and it's a huge relief to finally know the truth about marriages and relationships, and the reason why I won't ever have kids is because personally I don't see any reason to be alive in this godless world and secondly because I suffer from some mental health issues, which I wouldn't wanna bring on to anybody.

Yes, I love Fight Club, however, accepting that I'm gonna have to live in this misery for the rest of my life is so fucked up and hope was the only thing that kept me going back in the days.

Being redpilled for three years, it has provided me with a lot of relief as I didn't want a family to begin with, and I'm still young and I can't see why it should pass.

I can't unsee the truth, however, like in the movie, I think it was much prettier and hopeful in the matrix than in the desert of the real. And now I can't seem to find joy in the desert.

Maybe that gives you a reason to pursue other goals in life instead of women. I for instance was a part of TRP since the age of 19(22 now). And I did everything TRP demanded only to find out that I'm gay after a few encounters with women. What if you look inside of yourself and see if it's really women that you want or if there is something else you wish for in life? Even when I found out I was gay, I still (wrongly) pursued women, and you wanna know why? Because it gives you a sense of validati…

I never understood guys who complain about being bald as the end of the world. Can't you just pay some thousands of dollars to get a hair transplant? If you're not completely bald of course. If you're completely bald you could get a toupé which works as a wig, but some people make it so good, you can barely see it's fake.

This is what I think is so, so important to know about knowing yourself. It's hard to accept your flaws you've been supressing for long, but it's necessary to live a fulfilling life.

But how do you find the drive to do anything you do? I for instance can do anything that the group I feel I belong to demands it. I can't just make up my mind and do whatever I want of value if I don't feel it isn't demanded by the group. For instance when I was a metalhead, I got really good at the guitar. When I discovered TRP I got big and bulky really quickly all because it's something the group dictates. If I don't feel I belong I just end up in a miserable pleasure paradise.

It's true, however, I like masculine activities like lifting and stoicism. But naturally I'm a clingy and gay person and I often like to make a fool out of myself, but it's like when I put my true self out, noone takes me seriously, ignores me and I'm a victim of bullying. Then I adopted TRP as a defense mechanism for this, and suddenly I got big and strong, and I adopted this "fake" alpha attitude, which in turn made me respected or at least not disrespected, and I suddenly got listened to and …

Is it normal to hate someone(even if it's your father) for something that happened in the past? Yes. Sometimes, bad memories can bring out the worst in us. Should you forgive him? Yes. I don't know your story or how hard he hurt you, but by forgiving someone you also heal yourself and your personal wounds. Secondly, ask yourself if your anger is actually grief masqerading itself as anger. Maybe you're sad because you don't feel you had a father or maybe you feel sorry for him that he had to be t…

Coach Red Pill had me in the beginning when I thought that he was THE shit. Later on I found out that he's just shit when he started contradicting himself on different matters and most of the time he basically doesn't know what he's talking about.

Trust me on this one: If you deny your own sexuality, it can cause so much unnecessary suffering and pain that it can lead to suicide. Your brother is what he is and if he's denied his very essence, it will make him very miserable. My only guess is to wait for him to come out. Or you can say something like: "Why don't you find a lover soon? Be it a guy or a girl, whatever, just find somebody".

Well, other than being useless in group work, I am pretty mediocre in the skills they teach us overall at the university, so it's mostly the label I've gotten that is my biggest struggle. Luckily this is not a long university as I only got one year left before applying to something further. What I can choose to do is staying this semester fully and being fucked around with as much as they like and then continue the studies somewhere else or maybe even at the same university because we got a para…

Over a period of 6 months I went from 80 to 90 kgs. Not everything was muscles, but the largest portion of it was. Being tall and muscular made me being in at least the top 3% of all us students at our campus at the university. Whereas before I was a skinny soyboy.

I must be honest with myself and acknowledge that I'm the needy and insecure person, and it's so true that whenever I feel someone is emotionally investing in me to the point where they're denying their true selves in favor of me, I get soo uncomfortable. If I'm at the gym and I see a woman is desperately staring at me, I can get so turned off. And I've been struggling with this for years, and I really wanna know what I can do to accept people investing in me emotionally.

In my teens I was a metalhead, where I had long hair to my shoulders, it looked rough and a bit "cool" like a vandalizer. Then I cut it short like Ronaldo, and I looked too ordinary and plain. Then I cut it all off and I looked like a Russian prisoner. Now it's middle length like right over my ears and it looks the best this way. Whatever you do, don't do it for the approval of others. Be yourself, man.

I usually only care about myself and the only times I care about others is when it has an impact on me. I think it has something to do with the fact that I can't trust people. Actually being overweight doesn't have to mean being fat. I'm almost overweight, but it's because of muscles and many men have naturally large frames, which makes them "overweight" without being fat.

True shit. If they know you're wealthy, you'll have many women wanting an LTR with you as a betabux, but if they don't know about your income, you weed the gold diggers out from the girls who actually want YOU.

I found myself in the exact same position that you're in. What I found out is that looking needy + being intimidating is a social suicide. You have to be comfortable in yourself and therefore comfortable to others if you have that intimidating vibe. Other than that, it's good.

By becoming a player and fucking a lot of girls, you aren't actually spreading your seed. It's all casual sex. It doesn't lead to reproduction and if it does, the girl would surely get an abortion. If you really want to pass on your genes, it has to be planned, however, you don't need to get married if you don't want. But thinking that a lot of bangs lead to procreation is just wrong.

Early-20's here. I feel the same way. And even though I've gotten laid 7 times, 12 blowjobs, and like 15 handjobs in my life, I feel like it's enough. I agree with most of what you're saying. But to say that it's necessary to achieve things in order to be complete might not be completely true. We are already perfectly imperfect right now as we are. Everything else is just icing on the cake. For too often people think you need to achieve x, y and z in order to be complete and happy, but I've realized that it's really not the case. Think of yourself as nothing but stardust because that's what you really are. You are pure energy shaped in a weird way in this brief time that you manifest yourself as a human being. When you die and deteriorate, you basically transform into fertilizer for plants and give life to them that way. Because in the end, you're absolutely meaningless. And the sooner you realize this, the easier it is to assume formlessness and live life in general. When you're gone, you're so quickly forgotten.

Well, generally I have a different reality than most people, and those obscure things that I mentioned above are just a part of me. The question is if I should show this part of me and be indifferent to my weirdness or if I should continue faking my persona and frame?

Even if they were fit and athletic, a woman's genetic features are much more important, and she can't change that unlike us men, who can lift and raise our SMV even if our face happen to not be the best looking one.

This post is spot-on. It's not until a year ago, my father has been telling me the exact same thing. That children are praised for every minor "accomplishment" and are therefore afraid to fail, should they do something similar and not succeed. It's funny how everyone is praised for absolutely everything. Of course we end up building a generation of losers if it continues like this. I remember when I was a kid and my school was having this soccer tournament with some other schools and EVERYONE wa…

Yes. A good thing you mentioned there was neuroplasticity. Whatever your brain is wired to do, it's mostly because of your habits that you made it do, especially if it quickly alters the reward-system. Be it porn, MD, drugs. For years "psychiatrists" thought that one's brain operates how it was born, but it's only in recent years that it has been discovered that the brain is like clay. It might be hard and dry, but once you put water on it, it becomes soft and muddy, so you can shape it the way …

Also, I want to bring special attention to the fact that "sex" and "sexual intimacy" are 2 separate tiers - The main point about this is Orgasms are vital to a person's mental health. It isn't saying sex is vital for life,* orgasm*s are, so people who advertise No-Fap are esentailly tellling you to deny your physiological needs in favor of some kind of ascended self actualization, without realzing their own irony - because by denying your physiological needs, you are denying your self actualizat…

Read and understand the whole post. We all daydream from time to time, and it's perfectly normal. However, maladaptive daydreaming is not. It is when you daydream for hours every day as a coping mechanism for other problems you have in life. Just like a moderate consumption of alcohol is acceptable as long as the person doesn't drink heavily for drowning his problems.

I was one of those guys, who would read endless amounts of motivational quotes, listening to motivational speakers etc. with no results. What I didn't realize was that it was all in me. That nothing worthy comes easy. So instead of jerking off all the time like I usually did, I pushed myself with no external help, and that was the thing that made me progress in things that I set my goal to accomplish.

Yes, I personally believe the way music is used nowadays with endless amounts of songs at your disposal, it messes with our neuro-chemicals. It's not like back in the day when people bought a tape or a cd and listened to it once in a while. I discovered TRP at 19, and stupid me thought it was too late in life as I've already missed out on the high school sex scene, but I've realized now at 20 is where it all begins. To build my empire of money, status and amount of crushed pussy. 34 is also a good age as you still have time to build your empire and become wealthy and a man before 40.

It comes from years of betadom and maybe even bullying. It's your ego(identity) that tells you what you are and what you can and can't do. Your ego is that little speaker in your head. If you for years have lived like feeling "below" other people and especially if you've been told certain stuff, it has become a part of your ego. TBH I've experience somewhat the same. From what I've observed it all comes down to frame. However, height and a good build will make your frame stronger unless you're a social retard. But the face is most important in terms of looking good. Women are like a flower. Men are like a tree. The far biggest trait in women in terms of attractiveness is her youth and her looks. For a man it's his looks(especially physique), income, status etc. People are basically like plants. They want to spread their DNA through pollen so other plants bear fruit and thereby passing their genes on. There's a reason why men stay fertile till death, but women only do until middle age.

Try to act like an idiot or a fool in his presence, like a beta. If you read the actual whole chapter in Greene's book, you will discover that if that particular master is feeling "above" you, he will still feel like the master. And when he is weak, you strike and bring him down. I really think you should buy that book and read that chapter fully and really reflect about it till you learn to apply it to your life. There's a reason why it's the 1. law.

I just can't understand the minds of these guys. Yes, I've been BP all until I discovered TRP, but this is tragically BP. It's the same with the guys, who basically send all their life savings away for a random slut hoping that they will fall in love with them. Like sending them $500.000 will make them fall in love more than if they "just" sent $100.000. Imagine his anger phase if he discovers TRP.

You are very right about: Poor posture is also related to "muscular armor" -- neurotic patterns of holding tension in your body -- which tends to have psychological roots. I think my bad posture not only comes from being addicted to technology for the most of my life, but also from being an "outcast" so to say. In my childhood and early teens I rarely fitted in with the others, which left me very shy and gave me that "muscular armor" which you mentioned. Often it is a good idea to address mental…
