The basics are: -cleanser (I like cerave foaming facial cleanser) -chemical exfoliant (I use stridex) -moistuizers (my AM has sunscreen, my PM is cerave pm) -sunscreen whenever you are outside

Start there and then think about something like accutane

And I’m honestly in shock that people on here are saying it doesn’t matter. I’ve been seeing this a lot of TRP, that stuff like this doesn’t matter, just be alpha! It’s not true. Skin, looks (even genetic, not just “go lift”), build, clothes, career, height all matter. EVERYTHING matters. The acne on his face isn’t attractive, no matter how red pill he acts.

Go to a dermatologist NOW. It's not bad but it can leave scars. You will regret it later on. Ask mommy and daddy for a dermatologist appointment and they will help you.

cut dairy + refined carbs/sugar, take accutane, get a skincare routine going (face wash, moisturizer, exfoiliant) and come back in 6 months

Acne doesn't prevent you from being RP. RP is being aware of the way the world works. That girls find people who are obviously ill disgusting is the way the world works. You should already know that the solution is to fix your acne, and that's what you should have been asking.

Next time you have a problem, identify it clearly, set out to fix it, and then when you come asking, ask how specifically to fix it (you already got answers for this).

You look fine there's nothing wrong with you, I've seen way worse acne. Its not the acne that's turning them off its your insecurity. Girls can smell insecurity miles away

I've heard from people who do keto that it helps, but you should do your own research.

Accutane.

There are lots of other treatments, some of them may improve a bit, if you're lucky they'll improve a lot, but none of them will solve it and your acne will comeback if you stop the treatment with most. Accutane (isotretinoin) is kinda agressive, but it's the one that actually solves it. It's like 6 months of treatment and the acne completely disappears and never comes back in 90% of the cases. Don't be afraid. Go to a dermatologist and ask for it.

Could be food allergy or hormonal imbalance. I had bad acne when my hormones were all over the place, also i have a dairy allergy. this is just my experience though
