How do you spin plates? (so they don't fall & break)

I've seen plenty about getting numbers, closing, the actual dates themselves, and general life advice, but...not much about how to manage your women--particularly, for any length time.

With all these modes of communication (phone, text, facebook, snapchat, instagram, etc..), how do you spin your plates and keep them spinning, just enough so they don't break?

(If I'm not clear, some basic examples: When/how often do you make plans? Rotate the girls? Do you occasionally spike their interest out of the blue? How often do you text? Simple specific shit like that, but which can be a pitfall if done poorly).
