Stoicism has been helpful for me. Practice withholding an emotional reaction in the moment. Wait and gather all the evidence, then feel and decide.

Also get bigger problems. The higher and lower your peaks and troughs are the less small stuff will register

Understand all of life is suffering and one day you will eventually die and none of this will matter. It's the burden of life that we all share so take time to be kind and ease others suffering as well as your own.

Stop caring. Especially about other peoples problems. Treat everyone as they are replaceable... if you want to know the truth they are.
