Don't chit chat with them. Be attractive. Text them a time to come over and fuck. When you're done, give them a reward via some attention, then be busy. High value means your time is too valuable to waste on them unless you are getting what you want. And I doubt brainless chit chat is what you want.

The key is to make them dependent on you and knowing when to fulfill that dependency. If you do it even 65% correctly, then you can message them once a month and they’ll be ready to spread their legs
