Absolutely. Respecting your time is non-negotiable, and that goes for anyone, anywhere. Not just your girl. I'll caveat this by adding there is a difference between someone occasionally being late who keeps you updated they will be late, versus someone who agrees to meet at "6" then casually strolls in at 7:30 with zero fucks and makes a habit of doing so.

When she's noticeably late, tell her to pick up wine or something along the way. If she says no, she's being a bitch and doesn't see you as higher or equal value. She has to make it up to in some way. You cannot let behaviors you dislike go unpunished.

One time my exgf arrived at my place 2 hours late. I wasn't even home. She got the point after that.
