Ive been working out for 2.5 years now and my body is in a fairly good shape. I know other guys who have way more muscles and could bend me in half but are doing worse than me. Working out alone means jack shit. It must be coupled with good game and the basic TRP principles.

2 weeks. Just the idea I had in my head that I started to look better gave me a shit ton of confidence and improved my vibe.

6 months, I was super disciplined my first year of lifting. I think I gained like 10 pounds of muscle in the first 6 months, doesn't sound like a lot but I was skinny AF so it was very noticeable.

Was there ever a point where you felt like you weren't seeing results?

I was on/off working out my first couple years at college but stopped when I had health issues return. I'm not too sure if I need to 'bulk' or 'cut'. I'm about 5'7 and 126lbs and F.

After 4 years I stopped seeing results, but thats mostly because I lack motivation to keep improving. Im already in better physical shape than 99% of the population, I feel like im at the sweet spot where getting bigger would actually make me more unattractive. If I had to guess im around 85% of my full potential.

Dude your light AF, go bulk. U should hit 140lbs in a year easily if you bulk properly.

It's a she.

LMAO I just noticed that thanks for the heads up. I have no idea how fast girls can put muscle on so I say SLOWLY bulk to like 135ish. 126 is still very light even for a female.

Be careful not to let your delts or back get too big, that looks kinda masculine.

Seeing that you're a girl, I would say that working out will probably have a similar maybe a bit less effect than what it has on us guys. Once you get a bigger ass and toner body, guys will start noticing you the same way girls notice guys who get bigger

After I gained about 15 pounds.

2-3 months. Lost a shit load of weight. Confidence grew massively. Still wasn’t in fantastic shape by any means. But I made up for that with my new found confidence.

it's tough to gauge what qualifies as working out

I've been biking for a while and I'll say the instant mood improvement along with the credibility it offered came within several months

lifting, well maybe within a couple of months of having a variety of weights

I credit shrugs, squats, and back/chest as the quickest 180 in girls stealing glances at me.

was permabulking for first 4 years, then starte using steroids to hold muscle while getting lean

lots of attention when very lean
