Women won't know you have abs until your shirt is off. Even then if you're just skinny then those abs are not abs, like huge titties on a fat girl. Bulk up

100% easier to get drunk, oh, you mean abdominal muscles... Just do it!

6 pack is the most useless thing on the planet. Now if you want to look good, bulk. Get fucking huge. Eat as much callories as you can, but cut all sugary drinks and start eating healthy food.

Somewhat disagree with you here with respect to getting huge being the only attractive thing. I'm about 175-180 (so not that big, obviously) and I've had girls (even girls who typically hook up with bigger dudes) go crazy over my body because I'm ripped.
Does being bigger generally help a bit more when you're fully clothed, sure. But I don't think it matters as much as you think since you can also tell if a guy who weighs about less is in great shape when he's fully clothed. In my experience, women want either of them. They like a big guy just as much as they like a guy who might weigh twenty pounds less but is still chiseled as shit.

6 pack shows you have the real power in those abs for the thrusting needed for deep hard sex. women dig it above all else

I feel ashamed when I look in the mirror and will avoid swimming around people despite being less than 15%

As I said, get huge, I personally focus on shoulders/pecs so I can get more body fat and still look great. Most people I know who work out are on bulk-shred cycle, meaning the bulk up for like 1 year and then then shred all fat in 6 months. Time frames obviusly differ for each person
keto + increased cardio on top of all the other lifting

Chicks dig size over abs. Nobody can see your abs when you have clothes on. If your clothes are off and your with a girl, your and barely matter since she had already decided to fuck you. Get huge and strong, aim for 14-17% bodyfat while lifting hard to get a berzerker physique.

Unless you walk around without shirt all day it won't make much of a difference. Just lift. A good workout routine should have abs exercices. Big arms, bigs chest, broad shoulders in a slim fit shirt will bring home the bacon.
You can easily make excuses in bars to show off the abs then just take the women home

Don't know, I can barely get a 4 pack after starving myself.

Ever heard of Tinder? Yeah, it makes it much fucking easier

Unless you are at the beach it doesn't. However, it does improve the quality of the head you get.
You spend a ton of time getting it. Then you drag away all women instantly from all boyfriends and husbands with zero challenge. Seen it every single time. Effortless infinite lays.

Not necessarily easier but having the lower bf% that a 6 pack requires does make a huge difference
[–]mortalcoil10 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Most humans can't maintain a 6-pack for any length of time unless they have incredibly developed ab muscles. Sub 10% body fat is unhealthy for most people and most people will have no energy levels if trying to maintain that.
