Nothing up there tells me you're anything more than an average guy.

What do you do that you are passionate about? Do you have a multitude of stories about your above average life? Do you light up a room/can you be the mayor? Do you approach women? Do you sexualize or hang back?

You're either not selling yourself properly or you have an inferior product you're trying to upsell to the wrong market.

Your "tell" is that you actually get turned away by the "I have a BF" line. Why would that stop you in any way?

You're not the prize. That is what is both throttling you and causing your entitlement and anger as your ego is telling you that you're good enough as is.

Take this from a guy who was a total beta cuck and turned his life around.

SMV is everything. Always try to increase your SMV. Every day think about some aspects of your SMV that you could improve.
Upgrade your LMS (Looks, Money, Status).
Looks - Hit the gym, buy new clothes, look at mens fashion tips, look at men who score a lot of women and try to copy their style. Learn to have a dominant posture. Walk like a man. Dont take shit from other men. Act like a fucking lion when interacting in the world. Walk like you are wearing a cape. Take slow powerful steps. Act like you fucking own the place even if you are walking on the sidewalks.
Money - Get a better fucking career and job where you are passionate and get paid good cash.
Status - Get better at socializing, dont let people give you shit and assert dominance. Be rational, not emotional. Someone is fucking with you, look calmly in their eye and diffuse the situation.

Now i have to note that i myself also am not a massive pussyhunter, but being intimate with women eg. kissing and touching them is basic 101 if you have followed the above basic steps. What i've seen personally is that the more SMV i gain, the more women want to keep me as a keeper. I don't know if this is some kind of weird mechanism that they sense in me, that "I might be the right guy so i dont want to be a complete slut in his eyes" or its just my coping mechanism. Im getting the most attention i have ever got from women currently in my life, approaching them is not a problem nor is escalating KINO, but i feel they are intimidated by me and sometimes to the point of being really cautious how i interact with them. Main thing i want to bring out is that be confident, happy in your life and believe me man women will flock you trying to get your attention. I am sensing that you are unhappy currently in your life the way you write and this might be whats triggering women around you to not invest, since women are experts in notifying beta traits (beta attitude, afraid to approach, afraid to talk, not showing being happy). Always remember that the female is the one who dictates the animal family. If the female cant find any benefit from the male, she will not be with you. Hence if you are dominant, have shitloads of possibilities (resources, money, other women) are happy and fun in life (women crave emotions that they dont have and most of women are miserable fucks anyways) then they will flock you. My personal experience anyways.

At a certain level when you improved yourself enough its literally all about

Frame
Vibing with them
Generating tingles & feels
Being dominant & the leader
Making them want to be around you more and submit

If you can do this you can just make all the lay situations happen whenever you want, but make sure never to give one girl too much attention, affection, care or even dick. Spin plates and let her know she has to compete.

If it's really as bad as you make it seem perhaps you need to get outside more, focus on new hobbies & things that will make you happy girls out of the question entirely. After you have accomplished this for a few months test out showing different sides of your personality around women and see which one works best in getting what you want, only use that side when you're with women and act how you always act around friends.

It depends on the environment, culture too... you could be seemingly an amazing guy but the depressing truth if you aren't top 20% guy in your pool women won't ride you in the CC without heavy plausible deniability (alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc)
