The more frequently you see her, the more she will think a relationship is devleoping and less time you will spend with other plates causing them to eventually break, leaving you with less options, less abundance. This will make you susceptible to acting more beta as this girl starts to make her push for more of your attention, committment, and to spend time outside of the bedroom <why don't you take me out?>. It might be harder to maintain frame when your sources of pussy dry up.

You have to accept the fact that plates break. I try to see a plate once a week or less max. The key is to continue to line up new dates and rotate plates in as needed. So your timely is more or less based on the amount of girls you are gaming and hanging with. That's more natural.

So when Girl A says, " let's chill Saturday?" your reply is, "Id love too but sorry, I already had plans" or "I can't, i have plans (which you should have) but how about Tuesday?"

Think about it this way would you prefer to bang a different chick every Saturday night or the same chick? Some chicks turn out to be ONS, some Plates, and some FWB etc..you have to constantly maximize your options while doing your own thing.

2x a week is max

Once a week is ideal unless you want to catch feelings. Even then you should skip weeks every once in a while to maintain tension

Honestly depends on the plate! Some less than weekly/once a month, some weekly, some a couple times a week. My best plates I've hung out with every day for weeks straight. Just depends on the quality of the plate, and how much fulfillment she contributes to your life. Use your best judgement.
