When you stop giving a shit about what other people think (just the mininum) you are going to be natural. Also with girls some A&A + teasing works. Being around dudes it's more funny they have more resilience (you need to learn to be resilient too and hold frame or you are going to look like a pussy) and it's more funny. Girls are fun but in their own way

Read The Charisma Myth. The basic argument is that charisma is just a combination of presence, power and warmth.

For TRP, think meditation to increase presence and focus, body language and vocal tone to project power, and smile/smirk and kino to show warmth. Also, listen more than you talk.
