Work on your inner peace. Journal your thoughts. Start reading & learning an instrument, watching movies. Once you find good lonely hobbies for yourself you will respect and love your time alone.

By realising other people really can't make you happy. Even if they do it's gone as soon as they leave, you don't want your emotional well being to be in hands of others, you're giving then tio much piwer over you already! Hold yourself in higher regard than that. Dig deeper into your inmer self, there is probably a lot you don't yet know about yourself. Maybe you like to cook, hike, read etc. And by all means do seek connection with other people, just know they can't make you complete like you can by yourself.

I recommend u read the power of now - eckhart tolle. If you follow his excersizes you will realize that unhappiness over being alone is a choice and that you can shift your focus to being peaceful just by yourself, as if ignoring the clouds and focussing on the sun.

Bruh. This is 2021. I have the inverse problem.

If you want something that is alone alone, start working out till you love it, start reading till you love it. Get a dog or if that isn't an option go volunteer at a shelter. I really wanted to be a dog walker for one around here but fucking covid scared them from doing the training. Now it's not an option for me.

What you mean by "alone"? you mean you have no friends or you mean you got no girls? these two are different! if you really wanna grow in all the aspects of life , build businesses , be a social butterfly and have true power , you need people around you! you need to have friends ! and if the problem is just with girls, then increase SMV!

anyway,
to enjoy lonely time and get the most out of it instead of getting mentally ill like other people when they're alone , Focus on you and your goals! maybe it's cliche ! But do it
workout more, more hours more sessions , more books , more business experiences , more tutorials etc..

Not too long ago, I purchased a new camera. Went up to a lake and shot the milky way. I didn't need to ask for permission. I didn't need to barter. I just drove there and did it.

Took some shots with a friend. Came back. Went out. Met someone, brought her home. She loved my photo. We banged. She's now no longer in my life but I have that awesome memory.

Plan to travel some more. Rinse and repeat.

Nobody is happy alone.

You want enough meaningful interaction in your life that you can be alone, but not feel lonely.

I can work quitely at my desk for 5 hours because I know I'm seeing a girl this afternoon.

If I knew I was spending the night alone, maybe I wouldn't feel so motivated.
