I was thinking about this often, this is an useful. I'm a black belt in muay thai so I can defend myself but I never want to need to.

Last night a dude wanted to bash my head in, I guess I calmed him down somehow. It's my fault I triggered him, but what's the best way to defuse a conflict so it doesn't escalate into a physical one?

I told him there's no need to threaten me, what does he want me to do, I don't want any problems, all while keeping my ground. Then told him that I understand him and am sorry and that I made a mistake. Is that good?
