Understand rejection is part of the game. The best guys get rejected more than anyone thinks, they just don't quit trying as easily. The reason why there are few dominant high value men is because most guys suffer from what you just described. If you can learn to say "Fuck it" and move on to another approach, you will quickly begin to rise to the top of the SMV tree.

After you find your niche in how you approach women, the rejection usually doesnt feel like anything at all. It's just a game of odds; this many rejections for this many bangs. Next next bang bang next bang bang next next next bang.

Here's something Roosh wrote to help dudes get over approach anxiety--I can't remember which book/article:

Picture approaching a girl. Now picture her saying, "i have a boyfriend."

Now picture everybody hearing her rejecting you. Now picture them all laughing. Now picture somebody recording it and that recording going viral. Your family even sees it. You become a meme. You have better odds of being bit by a shark twice, and you know you're not aspy enough to elicit that reaction anyways.

Now picture how easy and casual it'd actually go, "I have a boyfriend"

Don't take it so seriously. Of course to get to this point you need to actively get rejected. There's no shortcut just do it and you'll realize it's not that bad. I used to be frozen by the thought of rejection now I'll go out sometimes and try to get rejected just to amuse myself. You'd be surprised when you try to get rejected you actually don't.

I'll go up to a girl try to talk to her if she doesn't respond well (at a club) I'll laugh and say call me! And walk away. Don't take it so seriously

rejections aren't failure. rejections are a good thing. rejections mean you did what you can do and now it's time to move on to the next one.

one huge mistake that a lot of guys make is thinking they can eventually win a girl over if they just avoid getting rejected. this is wrong. if she isn't attracted enough to fuck you now, it's almost always the case that she will be even less attracted to you in the future.

getting a quick, definite rejection is great. failure happens when you avoid rejection and end up wasting days/weeks/months/years of your life chasing a girl but never getting a solid yes or no.

It's a numbers game. Whether you score or get rejected probably has more to do with whether a girl is DTF than anything you do (beyond being basically presentable and not a drunken moron, etc.). You just have to keep approaching until you find one who is looking for a good time. The more you approach, the better your odds are.
