unfortunately it's not easy. I'm constantly spinning plates yet my brain still obsesses about my ex. That I can't control. I have stupid dreams about her, and more often than it should she's my first thought of the day. and we haven't talked for months as well. it sucks. I'm a grown man with most of my shit sorted out, just so you know. but still...

You won’t ever forget her truly however you will come to terms with it. Use that relationship as a teaching tool and focus on yourself. Use that drive and anger if you have to.
