You need to consume a caloric surplus to build mass.
If you're at the gym five fucking times a week and you only pack down 2000 calories a day your body is just as likely to hit your muscles as your fat to tap for energy. Plus you need to pack down about .8 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. Truthfully, depending on the nature of your work outs, you may actually be best served by dropping a day at the gym a week.
And just for future reference, height and weight are not significant, body fat percentage is what's really important. Body builders are frequently flagged as obese by the BMI.

This. I'd say move to 3000 a day to start and see how that goes. Move up 250 after 2 weeks if you don't notice a difference.

Calculate your TDEE, eat 300-500 more than that. 2000 is obviously too low for a 6ft tall man that lifts 5x per week. If you eat less/equal what you consume, you'll never put on weight, doesn't matter what you eat or what's your training routine.

If you want to gain weight in a healthy way, you want to eat about 250 calories more than you're burning. Get yourself a fitness tracker, and use MyFitnessPal to track what you eat. This is what I do. With these two things working together I know about what I'm burning and about what I'm taking in calorie-wise. Then it's just a matter of hitting the right number of calories every day consistently.
I recommend Garmin fitness trackers, I have a vivosmart HR myself.

Start adding calories slowly. One week eat 2200 calories per day and the next week eat 2400 per day. Make sure the extra calories aren't shut food though. Oatmeal is good since it's calorie dense.

Your body doesn't break the laws of thermodynamics. Calories in > Calories out = weight gain.
It's that fucking simple. Eat more.

You don't even lift
You don't want to get big
Stop lying to yourself. You know you want to remain a little worm so you can crawl on your belly. You don't want these gains. Because if you did, you would get on a proper strength program for 2-3 years to build your base and try to eat like a powerlifter. If you really wanted to gain you wouod be eating for the body that you want and not the body that you currently have.
Picture your ideal self, all yoked and joocy as fuck. You can't afford not to check yourself out in mirrors or reflections because you're so damn joocy. Yeah, picture that guy. Now imagine what your joocy self would be eating on a daily basis. Would your joocy self be eating like a middle aged Malibu housewife on a kale and tennis coach cock diet, or would you be eating like Goku and Vegeta?
You don't want to get big. Quit now, invest in skinny jeans.
