You first look down at your feet, you're a little bit shy to even broach the subject with her. You muster up the courage and slowly bring your eyes to meet her's.

You say "hey plate, there's something I want to talk to you about."

She hushes you with her index finger over your mouth, looks you in the eyes and says "Read the fucking sidebar."

Lol at the narcissistic a-holes taking shots at you for not reading the sidebar. I wonder what kind of a man sits on his ass to write that kind of stuff on reddit, lol.

Anyways, read the sidebar (but take it with a grain of salt.) In summary: You don't give her the talk, she does. If you do, then you lose all power.
