i wont bother you again after this text. if you truly have nothing to say to me and there will never be anything between us for a while then i guess i have to suck it up. for what its worth, you were the best thing that has ever happened to me and i single handedly ruined everything. everything i wrote on that letter was fucked up and bullshit. that name tag was the most important symbol of our friendship to me and i gave it back like it was nothing. i hurt you more then i ever imagined i would. and in the process ruined one of the only good things in my life. grace, from the bottom of my heart, from everything that has ever happened between us, from the trust and love you gave me throughout our friendship that i threw away so ignorantly and without thinking, i am sorry for everything. ill never forgive myself. goodbye grace 😢😖

Oooh that’s cringe. If you care about him a lot you could try to explain in “blue pill terms” why his behavior is such a turn off. Other fish in the sea, you’re being needy, this isn’t healthy etc.

You'll never persuade him that she doesn't mean as much he thinks.

It's more helpful to realise that he will never mean anything to them and that he should worry about his-fucking-self and that girls come and go and will never fullfill his needs. That's his job.

When you realise that they will never love you in the way you want - you're free.

It makes girls more fun to be around as well when you don't have unrealistic expectations.

It's a road he must take alone my friend. Time will be his only way out of this. He will most likely mope around from anywhere between 3-12 months until it all subsides.

Only way to get over someone is to be under someone else. Preferably hotter than the ex or it wont work.

What’s not helping is posting your buddies text on the internet where he may get doxxed and bullied in real life. You’re a shitty person for not thinking about this. Drop your fucking ego and let go of your friends hand. He’s a man and he’ll either learn the way of life or he won’t. It’s not your job to fix people up.
