Two days to recover!? That ain't normal bro. Go see a doctor. I'm in my 40's and can bust 2 to 3 nuts a day. Mind you, the third one isn't that impressive but still. And why do you want your recovery time to be longer than that?

For me I don't enjoy ejaculating more than once per day. Infact the best feeling is to save up a load for a few days or even a full week so the dick feels extra sensitive. Maybe it's because I have been in a relationship for a bit over 3 years by now and have had sex on a daily basis most weeks.

for me: no smoke, no booze and decent bmi equals a good recovery time and A+ boner. now we are all human and enjoy some booze and gain a little weight but I see the difference...as we get older you will notice recovery time get worse, that i think is natures why's saying we should not reproducing as much.

You need to focus on your health.

Whether that's your diet, supplementation, sleep, or maybe you just need some more heavy squats.

Maybe 2 hours to recover is normal. 2 days though!?

30mg of Blue Chew does the trick for me when I'm not sure if I can answer the bell. But that's only on days when I have banged multiple girls in the same day. If you can't handle 3 girls on 3 different days then get your diet in check and get on the stationary bike 20 minutes a day.
