If you are "average looking", why would you need plastic surgery? An average face, with a solid Frame and body will score HB7s.

My advice is to delete the incel username, create a new reddit username, and never visit the incel forums again. They are crabs in a bucket.

I compare to to guys on bodybuilding forums. You could post a pic of a guy that everyone else would consider big but the bodybuilder forum guys would likely call him skinny or normal. Why? Because they spend all day looking at super huge guys so their perspective is skewed.

I really dont know why people here are so sensitive. Looks are a major point in smv. An exceptionally good looking guy has an advantage over an average looking guy just as a rich guy has over a poor guy. Plastic surgery can raise your smv significantly if your goal is to increase it. Which cant be done by posture etc.

Thing is smv and inner fulfillment are not the same thing. You can have a high smv and still feel like shit.
