I'm no Chad( I'm getting there), still it would be safe to say I'm definitely in the top 25 percentile of men.

Now the thing is I live in a very conservative place + majority of men are bule pilled dummies , and chicks don't often see a lot of high SMV males. So when I try to talk with chicks some of them kinda get nervous and it also make me slightly anxious internally ,I hold my frame and stay chill, but kinda feel like I'm not doing my best.

How can I lessen the tension in such situations? Need some mindset and game advice.
