Working in a warehouse is a good way to learn to banter and pass shit tests. You’ll be surrounded by shittalkers and so naturally it will become a second language to you.

Make sure to sleep well and exercise. Obviously you should already be doing this, but it actually helps with passing shit tests and being witty too. You need to be at full energy and alertness levels to handle shit tests the best. So that’s another reason to take care of yourself.

Also I’ve heard improv classes can help but never done them myself, but worth a shot, could meet some girls there too.

You really just have to get in the field. However if you know someone very witty you can practice with them.

One of my friends was learning and I bantered with him to get warmed up.

Key is you have to get your reaction speed on point. You can ignore shit tests and maintain your frame sure but a witty response is best IMO. It throws them off and they remember it.

Its much more to do with the mindset you bring to it then the actual line.

Imagine if every time a woman insulted or shit-tested you, in your head you processed it as "she wants to fuck me that's great!"

You would have the right kind of non-reactive, self-amused vibe.

practice talking shit and play fighting with your freinds. seriously ike 1/2 of shit tests are girls playing around. if you are good at dominating men in play fighting (and real fighting!) then its easy to destroy shit tests.

Bread & Butter: Ignore or Agree & Amplify.

If you choose to remain unaffected, your frame holds out and you win by not buckling.

Other than this it's learning to play off of it with quick & witty responses. This has to be for your own amusement (your own sense of lol how did I come up with that) it's the surest way to consistently throw the ball back at the person in style.

If you're reacting however, there's too many factors for your mind to take in and you get scrambled with silence and looks of suppressed submission.

The difference is that in the creative former, you're unfiltered (fuck feels) and can thus access more crude material + since it's for your own amusement, it doesn't look like an ad hominem.

In the latter you're nervous to offend (+ lack practice) so your responses are stifled and basically suck shit.

You'll crush it with practice.

Think about WHY your belated response is "good". What makes it relevant to the prior shit test, why would it have been a great response?

Once your brain can identify these ingredients, You can fish them out more often because you'll recognise the pattern of their response and know what "ingredients" are required for that case (since, through practise you would have missed the opportunity only later to come up with the right stuff when the pressure was off.)
