Say "sure." Then don't.

Waste no time or energy on her, but be polite and cordial in social situations. Don't initiate any texts. Ignore her texts when possible and be as brief as you can when not. When she asks for favors, simple "already have other plans, sorry."

If she says "I thought we were friends, say "we are." Then don't be.

All the women in your social circle already know about the rejection and your perceived SMV(by them and by extension your shared female friends) is lowered to the "friendzone guy" level.

You need to retract your interest completely, come off as unfazed and show them that you can get a better girl to fuck outside of your social circle(the only way to fix this) or abandond this social circle, better yourself and watch out the next time.
