Just saw an Instagram story a girl took of me while I was joking to her. Sure she was laughing at my joke but I can't help but feel my voice sounded boyish (without the temper of age, and naive almost).

It's not that I have a high pitched voice either - I put my tuner to the recording and I was firmly between the bass to baritone lower boundary. I don't really project from the diaphragm when speaking though, I just speak louder from the throat.
