So I suffered an injury that has my SMV tanked at the moment. As a result, I'm not really doing a lot of approaching, but just taking things in. Recently however, I've been hyper-analyzing all social interactions as they would be through Red Pill lenses. Calculating alpha quotients of all the guys around me, thinking of which one of the couples has the girl seeing Chad on the side, is that really his kid? It's not a wrong way to view it, but it certainly is unhealthy to be focusing so much on this. Is this part of one of the phases or does anyone have some tips to "normalize" how I view social interaction without losing sight of TRP?
