Never complement her looks. If you have to compliment her, complement some extra effort she took to look better or some small detail. Like her bracelet. But this should also only be done after you have established sufficient value

My rules:

Never force a compliment
Understand how to use the two types of compliments (genuine, reluctant)
Genuine compliments should only be given in spur of the moment times when she genuinely impresses you for some reason and you can both indulge in the moment.
Compliments lose power each time. Respect that concept.
The power of your compliment is directly proportional to how highly she views you. It's completely worthless if she views you as low to mediocre. Don't insult her by giving her something worthless.
Reluctant compliments..I end up giving all the time. The hamster spin becomes insane.
The more entitled they are, the more powerful reluctant compliments work and the more orbited you will get when giving genuine compliments.

But the natural push-pull mechanism ingrained in reluctant and not genuine compliments are super powerful if you are not autistic about it.

But to me it sounds like you are overflowing with genuine compliments for this girl. This means you are pedestal-ing her, and you have very little chance. Spend 6 months with her, and my rules regarding reluctant compliments should kick in, but until then, don't go crazy.

People saying "don't give compliments" is WRONG. The reality is "don't give shit compliments" and by shit compliments, I mean she better perceive you as an 8 or above or your words are useless to begin with.

Compliments are like a "vulnerability". Vulnerabilities are used when you want to extend a hand to someone else and see if they reciprocate. It's how two people develop an excuse to get to know each other.
