The question is wrongly formulated. You can't possibly want to LTR a girl you don't know intimately yet.
If you think like that you'll have a shitty relationship, even if she's a decent chick.

So, reformulating in two fashions.
Should you approach DECENT women when you have no condition nor intention to nourish a relationship?
Decent women fuck all the same, they want it all the same. Be honest with her and with yourself and go.

Should you approach a chick that, besides being decent, has enough in common with you to be labeled "LTR potential" when you have no condition nor intention to nourish an LTR?
Ok. This is delicate. For starters guys in scarcity think all decent women have potential. Don't be like that. Past it you have to understand that this chick, the one you look at and perceive as having LTR potential, would act like a whore for you, if only you wanted her to be one. But some other guy wants her to, so, she is acting like a whore to someone else.
Once you manage to accept and bear in mind that ALL WOMEN ARE LIKE THAT, don't burn these bridges. Get your shit together and make a move when you can nourish a relationship.
